I received a confirmation email, but I didn't place an order?
If you have received a confirmation email for an order that you did not place, please check to see if the following information is included in this email:
- The order/docket number on this email should read as '#DXXXXXXXXX'
- The payment information on this invoice should read as "Apparel 21 Payment"
- The invoice should have the current date/time of when the email was sent
If this information above is included in the email you have received, please note that this is a duplicate email from a previous purchase you have made with us in the past, and no new orders have been placed with us!
These emails can sometimes be triggered by browsing our site, logging in to your account or if you make any updates to your account at all.

Why has my order been denied?
If you have received an email from us stating that your online order has "denied", this means that your order has not been successfully placed and a refund will soon appear back in your account.
This can occur due to a delayed checkout or payment error. If you still wish to make a purchase with us, please head back to our online store and start a fresh order.

Which payment methods are accepted?
If shopping online, we accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay and Platypus Gift Cards.
Unfortunately, we can not accept payment from cards issued overseas.

Our credit notes can only be used in-store. When making a purchase in-store, present your credit note to the team member to have it applied to your purchase.

What is Afterpay and how does it work?

How do I use Afterpay online?
Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. Your first payment will be taken when you place your order. First-time customers will have to provide payment details. Any returning customers can simply log in to make their purchase.
At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

How do I use Afterpay in-store?
Open your Afterpay App to view your available spend balance. Select “Pay with Afterpay Card” and you’ll automatically be taken to your Afterpay Card in your digital wallet.
At the checkout, tap the Afterpay Card to pay. You’ll be shown your payment schedule when your purchase is complete.

Can I return an Afterpay purchase for a refund?
As long as your item(s) adhere to our Returns Policy here, you can return an Afterpay purchase for a refund. Any funds you have already paid will be refunded back to you, and any future payments will be cancelled.

How do Zip single-use cards work?
Zip’s Single-Use Visa Card allows you to shop with companies that aren’t partnered with Zip.
