How does Same Day Delivery work?

You don’t have to wait. If Same Day Delivery is available in your area, just place your order before 2pm and we will deliver your order that same day.
Same Day Delivery is available in selected areas from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday (Excluding public holidays), for just $14.

How long will it take to get my Same Day Delivery Order?
When you place your Same Day Delivery order, you should expect your item to arrive within 4-6 hours. The specific time frame will be dependant on what time your order is accepted and processed by our team.
Once your order is processed and collected by our courier, you will receive tracking notifications to let you know your order has been picked up and is on the way!

What are the Same Day Delivery guidelines?
- Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation to the email provided during checkout.
- All tracking information will be supplied directly from our courier partner.
- Our courier will contact you if a product is undeliverable, or there is an issue accessing the property.
- Delivery will be made to one address only based on one postcode. If the postcode is changed during the checkout process, the delivery method may be subject to product availability of the new postcode. If Same Day Delivery is not available, Standard Delivery will apply.
- Delivery is to Residential or Business addresses and cannot be offered for PO BOX or Parcel Locker Locations.
- Multiple delivery methods can be made on the one order during checkout, however, this will trigger multiple confirmation emails as your order will be required to be split into multiple parts.
- From time to time we may need to dispatch your order from multiple locations. Please note you will not incur any additional delivery cost if your order is split and dispatched from multiple dispatching locations.
- If your order is placed after 2pm or on a non-business day (weekend or public holiday), your delivery window will be the next business day.
- Same Day Delivery can occur between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays)
- Delivery Times may vary according to distance, on Friday evenings, and during holiday periods. Please allow up to 4-6 hours for your order to arrive.
- Our courier may be completing multiple deliveries at one time, and this could affect the tracking journey.
- If you have not received your order by 9pm on the day it was placed and have not received any notification from our team or courier partner regarding this, please contact our customer care team.

Why can’t I get Same Day Delivery in my area?
Same Day Delivery is available in selected metro areas. If you are putting in your postcode and the Same Day Delivery option is not available, this is a strong indicator that this service is not currently available in your area, or for this product.
Don’t Worry! Our Standard Delivery service will have your order with you in 1-3 business days!

Delivery Time: Order before 2.00pm for Same Day Delivery
Availability: Same Day delivery available in metro cities of; Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and subject to product availability in the local area.
- Our Courier will contact you if a product is undeliverable. Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation, tracking information from our courier.
- Delivery will be made to one address only based on one postcode. If the postcode is changed delivery method may be subject to product availability of the new postcode. If Same Day Delivery is not available, Standard Delivery will apply.

Why was my Same Day Delivery sent the next day?
We aim to deliver your order to you within the suggested delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order, however, cannot make any guarantee there will not be delays in your order reaching you as delivery times are indicative only.
While we will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery times, if delivery is delayed due to any circumstances that are out of our control, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, while every attempt will be made to get your order to you as soon as possible we will not be liable for any failure to observe these suggested delivery times.

We are excited to be able to offer you multiple delivery options across your order.
These options are made available during the checkout process.*
Once you check out you will receive multiple order confirmation emails as your order will be split into separate parts to accommodate multiple delivery methods being selected.^
