Don't stress, we have a gift card that they won't want to exchange the next day!
You can't get our gift cards online, however, they're available in store. Any gift cards purchased in-store will expire 36 months from the date of issue. They can be redeemed in any Platypus Shoes retail store in Australia.*
*These cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. No refunds, store credits or cash will be provided for unused balances. Remaining balances on the card will only be available before the expiry date. Once the expiry date is reached, all remaining balances become unavailable.

Westfield Gift Card - Terms & Conditions
If you purchased a Westfield Gift Card or received a Westfield Gift Card, they can be used in any of our Westfield Shopping Centres across Australia.
By purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.

How do I use a HIM, HER, BDAY card?
If you have any of the below gift cards, they can be used in any of our Platypus stores Australia wide.
How does it work?
These gift cards are used as a prepaid gift card. They can be scanned at the EFTPOS machine and a PIN number is entered to complete the purchase.
Can I use it for In-store?
Yes! Simply present the card at one of our stores and swipe at the EFTPOS terminal. Select "Savings" and enter the PIN on the back of the card and you're good to go!
Where can I buy these?
You can purchase the gift card online here or at any participating Woolworths Supermarket.
These gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
How can I track the balance?

I don’t know what my gift card balance is?

First, add the item you wish to purchase to your cart.
Next, click the “Cart” icon and scroll down to select “View or Update Cart”.
On the right-hand side, you’ll see a section where it says “Apply Gift Cards & Promo Codes”. Click into it.
Pop in your gift card number followed by your pin (can be found on the back of your card).
Click “Check Gift Card status and balance”. Your remaining balance will be displayed on the screen!
Hit “Apply” to use the gift card!
My gift card has just expired. Can I extend it?
All of our gift cards have an expiry date on the back of the card/voucher.
Please carefully check the date as we are not obligated to extend the balance after the expiry date, except under certain circumstances where we may choose to.

How does it work?
