Unfortunately, it is in our agreement with PayPal that we can only offer an in-store exchange of the same style but different size. Due to PayPal's policy, we are unable to refund orders in-store.
If you paid for your order with PayPal and would like to return it to us, log in to My Account to book your return.
If you checked out as a guest, use our Guest Returns Form. Here you will be prompted to purchase either an Australia Post or StarTrack return label.
PayPal will be in touch once they have finalised your refund and you will need then need to transfer said funds into your bank account if you wish.
