You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your order.
You are welcome to post your back to our online warehouse and we will refund your order as per your original payment method. Unfortunately, we can not facilitate exchanges.
If you would like to avoid return postage fees, you are welcome to visit one of our stores and return your shoes in person. Please note, we can not facilitate Paypal refunds in store.
We currently have three online return shipping options:
1. You can pay online through our website and this will generate a prepaid label for which you can either print out or simply take this PDF to your nearest Australia Post and have them scan the QR code and it will automatically print out the label on their end. You will need to attach the label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at Australia Post.
2. You can organise your own shipping and this will generate a label however this will not be a prepaid label. You will need to print this out and attach it to the outside of your parcel and go to your nearest Australia Post to pay for the return postage fee.
3. You can organise for a courier pick-up at your nominated address. You can pay for the return postage fee online and select this option and book for a courier to come and pick up the parcel at your preferred address.
